Currently XHT only sells and ships product to Canadian addresses.
We are confident you will love your high-end products from XHT. We only sell the finest gear in the industry. Our goal is to ensure a seamless shopping experience for all our valued customers. This includes providing clear and transparent information about our shipping and return policies. Please take a moment to review the following details before placing your order.
Shipping policy
Presently XHT only ships products to Canadian addresses. XHT is a Vancouver based company and will deliver all big-ticket item sales to Vancouver lower mainland addresses free of charge.
Areas outside the Vancouver Lower Mainland but within Canada, XHT will provide discounted shipping.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, weight and dimensions of the items in your order. Shipping charges will be applied on a case-by-case basis. Some promotions may or may not include free shipping to the customer’s address.
Delivery times are estimated and will vary depending on, stock on hand, manufacturer stock available in Canada or outside Canada. It is noted not all big-ticket items are held in stock at XHT at the time of order and some delivery times may take longer than 10 business days. XHT starts the order delivery process within 24 hours of a completed order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track the status of your product. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time. Note some lower mainland deliveries may be delivered by a XHT employee or representative. We offer setup and installation services to clients in the Vancouver Lower Mainland area.

Return Policy
It is assumed and encouraged by XHT the purchaser has full understanding of the purchased product, its functionality, capabilities and quality. All orders must be paid in full to begin the fulfillment process.
Any product purchased from XHT where XHT has been notified by its suppliers the item is unable to be shipped (item no longer available or discontinued) a full refund with 100% funds will be returned to the customer with in 7 days of notification. Any item purchased where XHT is unable to ship the product within 30 days from the time of purchase the customer will be notified with the option to cancel with full refund or continue to with the order.
All unopened big-ticket items have a 15-day return policy (from date delivered to the customers address). All return shipping costs on big ticket items are the responsibility of the customer. A 15% restocking charge will be applied. The remaining 85% will be refunded to the customer once the product arrives at XHT, inspected, confirmed unopened, and in like new saleable condition.
Opened returns are accepted on a case-by-case bases. If deemed by XHT the product is in like new and sellable condition the same above return policy will apply. All returned product deemed not in like new and sellable condition (at the discretion of XHT) will not be accepted for refund. Any shipping charges to return the product to the customer will be the responsibility of the customer.
Any product deemed physical damage will not be refunded by XHT and all Warranty voided.
We advise the customer to thoroughly inspect all delivered boxes before signing. Inspect boxes for possible damage from the shipping company.
Any product deemed damaged by the shipping company will be the responsibility of the shipping company. It is advised not to sign for or accept any damaged delivered product. Take notes and photos immediately before the driver departs. Immediately contact the shipping company and XHT. XHT will do its best to support the client on any damaged delivered product. Do not return product damaged by the shipping company to XHT unless instructed in writing to do so.
Product Warranty
All products are supported by the manufacturers warranty. Your bill of sale or invoice from XHT is your proof of purchase.
Any product still under warranty and deemed defective by either XHT or the manufacturer can be returned with no restocking fee applied. XHT will ship a new product to the customer with no additional shipping charges.
